Since my refurb Inc only gets a three month warranty, I was going to wait til the end of it to try rooting, but I got antsy one month in and decided to jump in. I followed the guide here, which made things super easy, minus a few kerfluffles since some things show differently in Windows 7 than the guide said. All in all, an easy process. I tried Cyanogen, but didn't really like it and then I found Skyraider 4.2, which I LOVE!! I've got my phone all set up the way I like and don't have to drool all over my SO's new Inc2, since it's like having a brand new phone again. :)

With nandroids and lots of ROM's to choose from you can have a different phone everyday for a month:D

Check out the ROM's and Mod's HQ page.

Welcome aboard!
