Finally Flashed!1

I finally went ahead with flashing the Temasek ROM for my sm-p600. And everything went just fine. No problems with the ROM or the gapps. And I've gotten into the habit from previous flashing (an Acer)
to also flash the current SuperSU as well at the same time. I find that this prevents any possible loss of root during the process. Thanks again to everyone here for the help & support. ;-DeanoD

By the way, when you update it, make sure to at least wipe the cache and dalvik cache. You don't need to flash super su but it probably can't hurt. If you have any issues with the ROM it would be best to ask about them on the ROM thread on XDA.
