Finally got my replacement EVO a month later

So anyways I was coming home from radio shack and I noticed some differences. The back cover seems like a different material then the one I got release day. Also it looks like the screen isn't flush with the casing its under it. Oh yeah and heres something terrible I pull into my driveway to get my cover and someone distracted me. I got outta the car and the evo was on my lap. Yup dropped right on the ground two nice dents on the casing. Awful luck I know.

My release day Evo's screen is not flush with the case either. Pretty sure that's how it should be.

That is the way they are supposed to be. If your scren is lifting, then it feels like it is flushed with the case. That's the case on mine on the the bottom left corner.

i've noticed that Radioshack can't keep EVO's in stock. I filed an insurance claim on my EVO and got it two days later.

I wonder if these are the newer builds. Supposedly HTC are using sony panels on the new ones? Not really sure how to tell the difference. Maybe check the build # if its gone up from 0003.
