I bought a nexus from staples as soon as it came out, that first one had ghosting issues, my replacement had flickering issues. Returned both and got credit since staples was out of stock, I went to Walmart bought one tried it out in car, looked good to go. When I got home though I discovered that the screen shuts off on low brightness ( couldn't leave auto brightness on) returned it got a new one got home the new one had scratches bezel, dead pixel and flickering issues. Decided to try and tough it out, couldn't do it. Did a RMA with Asus, a week turn around, got my tablet back, new screen, no dead pixel, the bezel is new and no flickering so far. I heard horrible stories about asus support, but I can say they did good by me. Figured I share it in case anyone else hesitant about doing a RMA with Asus, it beats going back and forth returning to the store.
