Hi,
I have recently started to get bombarded with notifications asking me if I want to enable "Find My Mobile" and Turn on Offline finding.
Well I do not, the utility is off and that is the way I want it. However that does not stop me getting an irritating notification over and over, sometimes just 30 minutes apart.
Is there a way to stop these messages please?
Can't find anything under notification settings.
Samsung S9.

Hi, welcome to AC!
Sounds like Samsung find my mobile , when it comes through on the notification panel long press it see if it takes you to the notification menu to turn off

Having the same problem it started today. I had to turn of the new features notifications. Concerns me a little because last time I was getting find my mobile spam my phone kept setting up mobile Hotspot and I kept shutting them down.

How to stop the "Turn on Offline Finding" Notifications

I get these notifications every hour or so. I hit Clear, but they come back.
I do have the "Find My Mobile" setting on, and this setting is in that setting window as well, and is off.

I also tried everything. Still pops up.

Can you tell if that notification is coming from Find My Mobile, or from something else?

Try long pressing the notification in pull down panel or go to settings>notifications then look which gave the latest notification

Which them prompts you for a Samsung account (which I dont and never had), so that begs the question; who turned it on my behalf? And more importantly, how can I turn it off if I don't have a Samsung account?

Hmmm...I'll have to try and turn mine off and see if it does same , will test later

I've heard more and more how Samsung phones are becoming big billboard ads......sad, especially for the premium price you pay :(

You have to see which application is generating that message, and in settings modify so that it no longer gives the message

Yeah thats what I'm testing , haven't received a notification yet that way I could trace where it's coming from

the notification is from Find My Mobile, but the option to turn off notifications is grayed out (see attached)

Hello, I keep getting the same, annoying notification and I am unable to turn it off. It seems like Samsung REALLY wants me to turn on this feature.

I found the "New Features" notifications under App Info (tap the gear in the upper right corner) > On the following screen tap the three dots in the upper right corner for "Notifications" > On the next screen you can disable notifications for "New Features"

I'll let you know if this does the trick

So far, so good. It usually pops up about every 30 minutes to an hour or as soon as I reboot.
I rebooted after I turned off NEW FEATURES, and no notification.
