Finding random video clips in my Google Photos app!?

I find random video clips in my Google photos app. I did NOT take video, tho 1-6 videos might appear in a day. playing the videos only shows a white, silent screen.

you will see in screen shot, lengths run several seconds, up to 10 or more minutes.

original pixel; Google camera; zoom camera xl. no other photo/video apps.

I ideas?

Look at the associated file details of each video. What directory are they in? Are they in the /DCIM/Camera directory? Do they show as having been taken by your exact model of phone?

Maybe accidental touches?

1) having trashed and deleted files, I'll repost within 36 hours any new file details.

2) I've looked at touch settings for each app, video NOT setup as one touch.

having looked at the files details, i find i have discarded ALL my individual ACR documents.

sadly, as video files, not backed up to cloud.

yes, one party call recording is allowed in my state.
