I use fingerprint security to unlock my phone. Recently got the Bank of America app that allows fingerprint sign in. When it consistently failed to work, I checked the help and it said fingerprint id was already set up. But the phone said it already had a set up "online ID" and only one was allowed. I have no idea of what my online IDis or how I find it or change/use it. Please enlighten.
