Fingerprint sensor now works approx. 33% of the time

That will teach me to drill a large hole in an aluminum plate without having it securely held in a vise that's clamped to the drill press table. It grabbed the bit and spun - around my thumb. (And I discovered a fast - and excruciatingly-painful - way of modifying my fingerprint.)

Oh my goodness! That's so scary!

It was - back around 1965. All it is now is a little whorl in one fingerprint that I wasn't born with - and the memory of the lidocaine wearing off. (I was doing about 45mph when it "kicked out" and had to pull over in a little pull-out spot on the highway until I get the shock under control.) But that's long in the past - I haven't thought about it in decades.

So glad you are okay now!
