Fingerprint unlock delay

I've noticed when my 5X is plugged in charging, there is a significant delay unlocking the phone using the fingerprint reader. It's actually like the sensor is off because there is no response at all. I need to touch the sensor multiple times for it to unlock.

Any one else have this issue?

Nope. Have you tested in safe mode?

I also don't have that issue.
