Fingerprints & apps

So when I started installing my apps they asked me to unlock it by fingerprints and I agree on few of them, now after few days using the fingerprints some apps are asking me again for regular password..

What I'm missing here?

Did the apps perhaps update, thus requiring login info again?

Might be Samsung Pass. Saves your passwords for apps & websites. I use it & it works great.

I have found that when an app updates it will often require a password. Sometimes it almost seems an app will forget it has the option for fingerprint.

I hate it when an app is updated and you have to save your login information again. And it seems that more often than not you discover it at the most inconvenient time.
