firmware upgrade encountered an issue HELP!!!!!!!

I tried using kies to get out of it but that says my device is not compatible with it. With Odin I have no Idea what type of file I should be flashing with.

On the top left It says this.

You can use odin to flash your phone
You can download the firmware from sammobile.
You can also find the tutorial from there
