Firmware upgrade sm-n9005

Can phone bought in Norway be upgraded in Thailand. OTA says "latest firmware already installed".
Kies3 latest version says "sm-n9005 not supported"
Any tips will be appreciated

Yes i got the OTA yesterday. I am at xxufng2. So your device will be upgraded if you are abroad.
