Promising yes, but not surprising. Unless Google completely holds out on the source code, Thunderbolt ICS will be a reality in the near future.

so this same product could be accomplished via WidgetLocker (ics theme) and a replacement launcher--

but excited that somethings being worked on, regardless. can't wait for the code to be released!

Not to sure about the developer Jdkoreclipse he doesn't have the best past in the Android community from what I remember. But hey its a start, I'm sure there is a ton of work but we have some great developers and I'm sure they will have something for us sooner or later.
