FishEye Lens Attachment for Cell Phone?

I want to record tests that I proctor that last 7 hrs and must be recorded w/ "fisheye" or VERY wide angle (150 degrees) lens. Video does NOT have to be high resolution. Have a suggestion which cellphone is capable and how the lens adapts? I'm due for phone trade-in and attracted to Galaxy Note 4.

No cellphone is capable, but talk to someone in the physics department who knows optics and ask for a recommendation for a lens that would work (type and diopter). Then either make something to hold it in the right position or go to Scientifics Online - Where Science Meets Fun-ScientificsOnline.com and look for something that can be used or adapted. (It's been a long time since I last even saw my college, let alone attended it, so I can't remember formulae, but it's trivial optics.)
