Fix for best buy samsung wireless charger...maybe

So I was one of the unlucky ones to get a charger that would not charge my phone. I have gotten the run around by both best buy and samsung. I have my charger on the table beside my couch. I usually throw the phone on there while sitting on the couch, picking it up and placing it back down. Apparently I found a sweet spot today. Leaving the phone on there the way it was sitting I was able to do from 45%-100% and keep it there for a few hours I also ran videos to try and run the battery down but want able to. So here is how I had it sitting. Hopefully you can see from the pics the angle of the phone. I took the first one straight up. Maybe it will work for others maybe not.

I put my phone in do not disturb and it seems to work most of the time.

This might sound stupid but make sure when you put your phone down on the charger that Samsung branding on the charger and your phone is laying the same. So pretty much if you lay your phone on the charger the top of the phone should be facing the chargers cable.
