As Android Central reported recently, there's security hole in Android that hasn't been patched on most Android ROMs:

Making sense of the latest Android 'Master Key' security scare | Android Central

If you're rooted, and install the Xposed framework, there's a fix available. MOAR has Xposed built in, but you can install it on most ROMs, I think.

Here's the thread with the fix: [FIX][XPOSED][4.0+] Universal fix for "Master Key" + "Bug 9695860" vulnerabilities - xda-developers

And here's the master thread for Xposed: [FRAMEWORK ONLY!] Xposed - ROM modding without modifying APKs (2.1.4)(12.05.2013) - xda-developers

I patched this yesterday, and am running the M.O.A.R, but it didn't do anything with just the master key fix. I needed to install the xposed framework, works fine now, but maybe my build didn't include the xposed framework? Big mahalo's for getting this out to everyone though!

The xposed framework is included in the MOAR 5.0, but needs to be enabled. It's under the NOObz extras in settings.
