So I was browsing more forums today because i found another issue with my phone randomly turning off every once ina while and Somone posted this link

sprint is aware of most of our issues and a ota is coming hopefully next week im assuming. They state middle of august.

They don't have the biggest issues listed on there, but that was posted awhile ago. They've got one week left, before they get a bunch of phones back.

i brought my first one back and they gave me a new one and the new one has the same problem plus 1

I'm quite sad to see this phone's launch have so may issues. They better get things worked out soon. If they take too long Photon fans will just wait for the Galaxy S2 variant or the next big release. The window of opportunity closes fast in this business.

My second Photon is going back. I think I give up. Tired of being a beta tester on so many products that cost me money. Shame is when it works it has the best sound of any cell phone I have ever tried.

My phone doesn't have any serious issues. It's sad that there seem to be so many lemons out there, but try to keep exchanging because they're not all defective.
