Flash a rom without safestrap

Is there any way to flash a rom on a droid bionic without using safestrap? While I was installing my first rom I accidentally wiped the stock rom and only installed cyanogenmod on rom slot 1. And if someone could provide a stock rom for Verizon that would be awesome. Thanks in advance
