flash after froyo help

Ok I just received group its and all went well except I can't find flash 10.1 in market. Is it part if froyo? I was told it needed to be downloaded. Thanks

No need to download it , its (flash 10.1)included in Froyo:
MENU button> settings>applications>manage applications> top tab "ALL" . its 3rd in that list

I can't seem to get flash to work. It shows the arrow I press it fc every time
