Flash goes off with incoming e-mail

I have found another bug with the 4.3 update. When I get new e-mail, the camera flash goes off. I'd like to find out how to fix this.

I unfortunately don't have a fix for this but I have to say that it made me laugh. Were you super confused when it first happened? LOL

The flash is also going off when I get phone calls.

I thought I was seeing the flash with new e-mails, but had to send a couple of test messages to be sure.

Restart to make the change stick? That is the only thing I can think of.

Check it, reboot, uncheck it again.

I noticed that too. Plus my phone call and text alert tones changed. I can change them back to my preference, but it is annoying.

The flash email alert just seemed like an an annoying little issue... Until I walked into a bathroom stall, dropped my pants with the phone in a holster on my belt and the damn thing flashed directly into the stall next to me with some other guy in it! Talk about awkward!
