Flash issue on stock gtablet

I've had my gtablet for about a week and I really like it. When I got it, I installed Adobe Flash from the gtablet webpage and it worked great. I then upgraded it to 10.2 and it worked great. Then I got an upgrade message for 10.3 and foolishly installed it. Now, flash won't work, even after resetting the device three times and going back to the original v10.xxx.xx from the link on the gtablet webpage. I did update the firmware before originally installing flash. I don't want to root the machine because tech support told me that Viewsonic will be rolling out new firmware with Android Market soon - not the next revision, but soon. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
