Flash Player installed but browsers still not showing videos

I have installed flash player on my tab 3 however i still cannt watch videos using chrome or internet explorer browsers. I tried enabling it in chrome but keep getting an error message when I try to access the page that should allow me to enable it..

I cannt enable it in explorer because I am not seeing the "tool" icon in the top right hand part of the browser when I open it.

Will appreciate any help I could get..thanks in advance

To use flash, you need to use browser that allows it. Try using Dolphin. Don't forget to enabled Flash under /settings/web content/ and set it to "on demand".

This will allow flash to work, but you will be able to select whether or not to load the content (by tapping a little down arrow), so you can avoid downloading the adverts. The results should look like this:

Youtube in desktop mode, desired video is loaded, and to the right, advert is not.

Tried dolphin browser but it didn't really work...everytime I open it and try to browse it kept take me back to the play store to download apps...
