flash when receiving a phone call

With the new 4.3 update, I noticed that my camera flash goes on and off when receiving a phone call. How do I deactivate this?

Same issue

Try accessibility and then scroll down to make sure that flash notifications is not checked. You might have to restart your phone to make sure. If it's not checked, check it then uncheck it. Sounds silly, but it worked for me. My phone ring tone changed, but that was an easy fix.

Same thing on my wife's phone / it was actually unchecked and kept flashing... I checked it / un-checked it and all is good
