Flashing a new ROM

If I wanted to change ROMS but didn't want to lose how i have my bulletproof ROM setup incase I didn't like the new rom I'm flashing what should I do? Would I have to customize everything reflashing the old one again?

All you have to do is a nandroid backup through CWR, then if you don't like your new ROM you can restore the backup.
