Flashing battery arrow

I have a flashing arrow in the battery icon on my phone. It is not plugged into anything. This started yesterday. The phone was at battery 2 hours ago. I have hardly used it and it's currently at 52%

I had to download a screen recording app to get the shot bc screen shooting it was next to impossible
