Flashing Custom PRL

Hey guys, I've attempted to Google this, searched on here, and checked Youtube and I can't find a lot of "good" information on this. I'm hoping you can point me in the direction of a guide with some information and steps on how to set this up. I'm basically looking to flash a custom PRL to my Sprint GS3, so that I can achieve better speeds while roaming, and can force my phone to roam when I want. I do realize the possible consequences. I can't tell you how to do it, but I'd suggest looking over on xda-developers, if you haven't already.

There's a much easier and safer way to force roam. An app called Roam Control. You can force roam on verizon with 1 tap of a button and revert back just as easily. I use it every day. App costs $3.99 but is worth every penny. The dev gives up to 1 week for a refund, so plenty of time to try it and see if you like it.

When roaming do you actually get decent speeds instead of the normal 10-15 kb/s?
