Flashing Galaxy s4 back to 4G?

In order to get my phone to work on PagePlus, I had to flash it down to 3G since they don't support 4G LTE phones. The hole-in-the-wall cell shop that flashed my Galaxy says they can't flash it back to 4G.

What can I do?

What is your model number? You need the model specific firmware so that you can flash back to stock

It has to be recognized. I think I tried helping you in another thread. Were you never able to get the device recognized on anything?
