Lately when I've flashed some roms they don't boot all the way. They just get stuck in the bootup and nothing happens.. I've tried LeWa, CM9, rodimus, reborn and all of them get stuck at boot.. does anybody know what's going on or can anyone help me out here

Wait. They take longer (up to 10 min) to boot up the first time.

Waited like 25 mins, still same...
the animation jus stops like in 3-4 mins and nothin from there

List all of the steps you take when flashing a ROM. Be as specific as possible.

If you going from one ROM to another, you need to do a full wipe. System, data and, boot along with wiping the catches. If you are just updating your current ROM to a newer build then the cache wipes are all you need. Make sure you backup your apps with either titanium or mybackup because you will erase them when wiping the data.

The same as [HOW-TO] Simplified Root + Recovery + Custom ROM sticky???? The flashing part only of course right..

Soo in recovery we, Wipe Data/Factory Reset, wipe cache partition. Under Advanced submenu, wipe dalvik-cache. Then under Mounts & Storage submenu, format all partitions EXCEPT /sdcard??

Sounds about right.

That is exactly what I do when I change ROMs, i.e. Gingerbread IHO to Quattrimus ICS. If I am just updating IHO to an improved IHO, I just wipe cache and Dalvik. Even then, sometimes, if I run into a bunch of weird problems with an upgrade, I will do the complete wiping and formatting. That has always solved the problems for me.
