Flat Tempered Glass Screen Protectors

Anyone using a flat screen protector? I had a G5 protector lying around and I put it on just to see what using the edge with a non edge to edge protector felt like. Obviously it does not fit..too short... but it does mimic the feeling of the non edge to edge protector...don't like that it scrapes my finger but it's acceptable for now. We will see. Anyone else has success with flat protection?

I tried a flat one. Couldn't stand the lines on either side, totally ruined the view of the screen. Also I didn't like how unprotected the edges were and was worried I might get scratches there, so I took it off after one day.

I have had the Xtreme Guard Spartan one on my phone since the 19th. It's okay if you want front protection, but I will be removing mine soon.

It's very narrow and my install haloed badly (and I didn't want to buy another to try again). My finger catches the edge of the protector a lot more than I thought it would, and constantly seeing the outline of the protector is annoying.

I am using Verizon 'so tempered glass for note7. Have had it on a week. At first not happy and it was the install. Finally installed right. Works fine with cases. Not lifting.
