flicking/scrolling

I have been experiencing lag in scrolling and flicking from one screen to the next. This has been since the Froyo update. Is there a way to correct this?Very annoying.

Did you do a hard reset after the update?

A hard reset of factory reset will wipe your phone clean of downloaded apps and data just like a brand new phone. So after doing a reset you will need to add all your apps back and set up your email accounts just like day 1.
The reset can fix most issues with the upgrade to 2.2

And how do we retain/restore our addresses? And apps? Appbrain? What about the addresses saved to "phone" storage?

When you sign back in to your Google account all your contacts will sync back that were saved as Google contacts. I believe that Appbrain has the ability to re install all your apps pretty easy but I've never used it.

another dumb question,it gives the option to reset phone or reset phone & internal storage which one should we do?
