Question Flip 5 Screen problem

Hi All,

I have a Samsung Flip 5 and the screen has broke.

I bought a USB-C to HDMI adapter/hub to plug it in to a monitor so I can at least transfer my photos etc. to a USB stick but I cannot get it to connect, literally nothing happens, not even on the phone.

I did eventually get a notification come up saying "device not compatible"

Is there any other way to get my data off of it? stupidly I didn't have google photo backup turned on!

By chance did you set up Samsung cloud? Hopefully you have a backup as sometimes the phone backs up during certain times during the day at least once a day for me.

Unfortunately no I never set that up... wished I had now I think i've probably lost everything

I did try that as well but still nothing i'll maybe try a different cable or something
