Floating pop up clipboard

It started recently, I'm using Samsung keyboard. As soon a I bring up the keyboard I get this floating copy and past clipboard appear. Happens in telegram and WhatsApp.

Just to update to say the things I've tried switching to Gboard, issue still persisted. Cleared data in clipboard services . Issue persists. I even tried enabling accidental touch sensitivity and block accidental touched. Also removed case. To no avail

I just started experiencing the same issue.

but it only happens when I accidentally touch the empty space once to text.

Just tap the empty space again, & the pop up goes away
