floating white dot overlay floating dock

[Android Central Question]

to remove it, click on it, there is a setting in the circular menu ( smart assistance?) that pops up that will allow you to disable it. I forget how I turned it on in the first place and forgot which exact menu item i chose after i shut it off. I am pretty sure it is intuitive however, as it is inside of the floating dock interface only. what a pain in the *** that was. there is nothing on motorola here, just huawei...? I wonder how it migrated to my phone?
