Flush mount USB car charger

Anyone have a car charger USB adapter that sits flush and charges at full power? I tried one from Amazon that I thought would work but the phone recognizes it as a usb pc connection and really does not charge well.

There are a few out there but is there a way I can tell if it will work or not?
