Flytouch 3 VRS Flytouch 4

I'm considering purchasing an Apad Flytouch 4. I've seen discussions about the Flytouch 4, some say it's a clone, others say the (4) hasn't been released yet. ChinaGrabber.com lists a Flytouch 4 on their web site. What is the real story? I'm interested in the (4) because it has 3G capability. If it is available, can it be reflashed/rooted, or whatever it's called, to the honeycomb OS,
