Historically none of the exynos chipsets have FM receiver hardware in Samsung devices as far as I'm aware

It comes with the FM receiver, meaning you can download an app and get FM radio

Download next radio app and plug in your earphones the headphone Jack serves as an antenna

It depends on the carrier. If you don't see an app it might not be enabled. Download the NEXT radio app. It will let you know whether or not you have the FM radio. If you don't it will allow you to stream FM only. For live FM you have to have the earbuds plugged in which works as an antenna.

I have AT&T and apparently the FM radio is active. I installed the Next Radio app and it says my device is compatible. I just haven't plugged headphones in yet lol.

i have a S10e SM-G9708 China Mobile edition (Snapdragon). it comes with FM radio and Samsung app preinstalled

Same here I have Sprint and I installed my next radio and it acted like it was there. I have a plugged in headphones neither but I only use it when the radio stations are giving away tickets and I need live with no delay.
