Fold 6 to a Fold 7...should I?

I currently have a Fold 6 and I love it...was my first foldable. When I got it Feb of 25, i moved up from an S22 Ultra. I also opted for the Next Up plan with ATT as I had already seen the info about the, then, upcoming Fold 7. I had every intention of upgrading as soon as I could get the full trade in discount which will be this month. Now, I started thinking I wasn't going to until i held it....wow....impressive. But is it really worth the upgrade or should I wait for the Fold 8? I can't decide, I mean, I paid for the Next Up plan, so might as well take advantage of it, right?

At this point I would consider waiting for the fold 8. If you don't like the specs of the fold 8 when Samsung releases them, not the rumors, then you still have time to order the fold 7. There's rumors of 2 different fold 8 phones and the flip.

I will say the upgrade from the fold 6 to the 7 is a good upgrade, better then most yearly upgrades. I would save your upgrade and wait to see what the 8 brings to the table, just wait for Samsung to announce it though.

Save the upgrade and wait for ZF8.

I'd be on the fence as well. I know they are going to pack some more cool stuff in the ZF8, but you can get the ZF7 now and it's REALLY nice with what they have in it now.

As some stated, wait for the official announcement and see if there is anything in the 8 that is a deal breaker for the 7, if not, get the 7. It is a REALLY solid device and I have had previous Folds as well.

The Fold 6 still supports Spen features if you use that and Fold 7 doesn't. I would wait as the Fold 8 should be releasing two versions so wait a little more and see if it's worth it otherwise if you can get at a really good price on the Fold 7 that would be hard to pass up and is an excellent upgrade.

I think I will still upgrade to the 7 as that was my plan all along...I have an S pen and rarely use mainly because I don't want to carry it around in my pocket all day...My current Spigen case does not hold it. So that isn't a big deal to me. I am looking forward to a lil less bulk in my pocket with the F7. By the time the 8 comes out, i'll be close to having a 3rd paid off and will do the Next Up on it as well....maybe.

I hope not, ...hell, I know I won't be. I did the upgrade yesterday, should be here Wed or Thursday. I went with the Silver Shadow this time. My case and outer screen protector should be here today via Amazon. Can't wait to start setting it up.

So far, I have one complaint, I have a Baseus magsafe battery bank that I used for my Fold 6, worked great...now, nothing, It won't charge. I have a Spigen magsafe case, and it sticks no problem, but doesn't charge.
