Folder in Android G6 doesn't show up on Computer's file manager

I'm trying to transfer files. The file manager on the G6 phone shows the folder that I want, but that folder (and a lot of others) do NOT show up on the computer's file manager (Windows 10).

So, how can I access that folder in the G6 phone from my computer?

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect the phone to the computer, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB icon -- make sure MTP (or File Transfer) is selected. Now see if the folders show up in Windows Explorer.
