I just got it back maybe a week ago from Samsung. I exchanged it because some of you might remember, some of the Captivates manufactured prior to November of last year had a problem shutting off while in sleep mode, mine did that and I exchanged it.
The one they sent me I believe has all brand new parts on the inside but a used case. I have a few pics if anyone is interested. I am no longer with AT&T so this phone is of no use to me.
Comes with phone, gel case, charger and is still under warranty until July. It does NOT come with a SIM Card.
