For those that changed their MID and CID to get the European 4.2.2 and now want the US 4.3 update

I will just post what I just wrote over at XDA for those of you that changed their MID and CID to get the 4.2.2 update for the European and now want to revert to stock to get the US Dev Edition or Unlocked 4.3 update:

Reverting back to the stock MID: PN0712000 and CID: BS_US001 is as easy as following the instructions in the first post. However, you must first change your CID from HTC__001 (or other European CID you used) to SuperCID: 11111111. I couldn't flash the zip file without using SuperCID.

You can find a tutorial for changing/reverting in the first post of that thread. I almost went into panic mode after being unable to find the stock RUU for the Dev Edition/Unlocked models. Here's the link to my post on that thread. You will find a link to download the stock RUU and some tips to get it done.
