For those who had to RMA and send their phone back first

How quick did your replacement arrive? Because I bought my phone through BB I can't put a hold on my card and have them ship me a new phone. I have to send my phone back - I can advise them that my phone was shipped, they'll check tracking and cross-ship me a replacement.

So how was your experience doing this?

I contacted Google. I bought my phone from Verizon but Google took care of me. They had me send my phone to them, I emailed and said I sent it, they sent mine out the next day. Was pretty good in my opinion.
