For those with multiple personal phones, not business lines.

Do you have separate lines and phone numbers (that you pay for)?
Or swap the SIM card around if you can?
Do you give people your multiple numbers and do they inquire why you have different numbers? lol.
Does your wife/husband want to know why you need multiple lines?

I have always just had one phone.
But I read here where many have 2 or more phones.
I'm just curious as to how that works out.

I just swap my sim between my iPhone and my Android. Work time I put it in my Android, which have all apps I need in work (WhatsApp, calendar synced with corporate account, DEX, etc). At night, weekends and holidays, it’s in my iPhone all time, in which I don’t install these kind of apps.

It works well for me.

I have 2 phone lines, originally one was on a tablet with data but I switched it over to a phone.

When Verizon only wants $20 plus tax for the line and it has unlimited everything why cancel it?

I have a backup phone and a primary phone. I used to have 2 primary phones and swap sims.

I have T-Mobile and haver Digits but I haven't used it as much as I could. Digits allows "extra" phone lines but it's through an app so no extra sims are required.

I have my primary # with my carrier and a Google Voice # for giving out for anything non-personal. I always use the GV line for 2FA (if supported), like for SMS codes, OTPs, Okta Verify, Duo Mobile.

I keep a backup phone with a separate, prepaid sim that I keep active with $10 refills every 3 months or so. I'll occasionally use that number as a burner.

I'm a SIM swapper. iPhone 11 Pro Max and (currently) a Pixel 3a XL. I am in the process of acquiring a Pixel 5 but its been a saga. While I wait for Google to figure out how to get me a replacement I have bought one here on the Marketplace Forum.

I have two lines, personal and business. I pretty much treat it the same. One had 32GB and the other has 12GB of data.

My third is a tablet line, 4GB. I really make use of when I go over both lines during NFL season.

Not everyone knows my personal line and yes they ask why I have three phones. I'm an addict. A few days ago, new girl at work ask if I'm a drug dealer. LOL

My girl knows I have all these lines.

Yes! I have multiple lines so I can have multiple phones and my sig other raises the eyebrows at me but it's all good.

I just swap SIMS... primary phone is my S21U and my Pixel 5 is to play around with the latest Googs had to offer.

Right now, my ZF3s are my primary devices and my S21U and iPhone 12 are for biking and jogging.
