For wifi hotspot at work: where'd my 'accept' button go???

Anytime a user logs into my work hotspot, you have a disclaimer you HAVE to read and click an 'accept'. this is refreshed daily or when you get outta the hotspot.
When I first got my X and brought it to work, all was well.
That was the same for several days..I'd get the accept button.
Now, I can't use Pandora or some other wifi svcs cause I don't get that logon screen. After a reboot, Pandora has a black screen with white script that is actually the text and some other text code but of course no 'accept button'.
I did see it at the bottom of a screen once yesterday, but couldn't scroll it up to accept.
this started yesterday after I installed handcent app and after I uninstalled it, and rebooted I was able to get back on.
***we have had problems at work with an intermittent signal lately...
Any thoughts???????

I realize I can turn off the wifi and use 3G, and it works....but I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and WHERE did you find your accept screen or any suggestions where it might be.
