Force Play Store to detect/update an APK

Hello, I installed two apps via apk file. Two "harmless", but regional locked apps, in anticipation of my travel.
Oddly, one of the 2 apps has been detected from play store, and now is in the list, and can also be updated in the future.
The other one not.
Is there anything I can do to force Play Store to detect it? I already tried to delete Play Store cache

You can't. If the APK wasn't properly signed and the Play Store lists that app as incompatible with your device/region, it won't let you update through it just as it wouldn't let you install through it. Sorry.
