I am currently stationed in South Korea. I have a Droid DNA and have registered for an Olleh/KT service. I have input the correct APN Settings, yet I cannot get the data to work. I can make phone calls, but absolutely no data. When I turn the mobile data on, it says on but says it is disconnected. Is there something that is being done wrong? or am I missing something? Any other members dealt with this before? Thanks for the help.
 
Settings -Mobile Data- Preffered Network - (Try Global and CDMA)
Also, Settings -Mobile Data- CDMA Options- Access Point Names- Select your network. If not visible add New APN again. Check with Olleh/KT to see If different APN needed for data than Voice.
