Forget All Cars Android Auto Cannot Reconnect

[Android Central Question]

I installed Android Auto this morning my car was connected and everything but couldn't press the AA button on my car (Impreza 2017). So I read somewhere forgetting and reconnecting might help. So I've forgotten all cars but I can't seem to reconnect no matter what I do.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Forgotten all devices on both my phone and car. Cable works just fine. Turned on and off the switch on the Connected Cars page.. Nothing is working.
