I would say probably not, from what I have seen for Samsung's update schedule the Note 10.1 is not on it.

It's almost 3 years old. Flagship devices are updated for 2 years, others for less time. So no. Check the XDA forum for the device. The fact that Samsung isn't going to write any more ROMs for the device doesn't mean that other people aren't going to port ROMs to it. Getting Lollipop to work in that tab is a challenge some developers might find irresistible.
