Welcome to Android Central! This is a common question, and the only solution I've been able to find to reset your private mode password is to do a factory reset (which, of course, will wipe your phone). Sorry!

In Samsung Internet, click drop down menu on top right of search box. Then click Settings>Privacy Settings>Samsung Internet>Reset Password
