Fortnite promo from Samsung.com

Hey guys, not sure what the issue is. I preordered from samsung.com and had it delivered and activated the phone. The shop Samsung app says in not eligible, have no idea why. Samsung support is useless, can't get anyone to help.

Im having the same problem. Preordered on the 10th via Samsung site. Ive called Samsung 5 times still no solution. They keep saying don't worry youll get it. But, i have to send my trade in backans if im not getting fortnite gift ill return it and do the buy 1 get 1 free. This is rediculous
