New game: Rules are simple. Post a favorite movie quote, and the next poster guesses what film it is from with actor or character. No limit on quotes or movies. Try to keep quotes to a sentence or two.

Almost got it. Dreyfus is close because he was in Jaws but the actor who said you need a bigger boat was was Roy Shcreider. As to your quote, here's my best guess:
